i got a call today from a woman who took down all my necessary info and informed me that my date for "the procedure" is in 18 days. kinda surreal to know that i'll be in OR in less than 3 weeks.

What a great suggestion, I tried it and it come to the same conculsion on the nutritional value. Great suggestion for sure!!
